D612 Coffee Roasters was founded in Florence in 2016 out of a desire to select and roast coffee in a completely different way. From day one, we focused on creating an excellent product that would appeal to all those who, like us, seek quality in their coffee.

We are a small, specialized coffee roaster dedicated to sourcing and roasting high-quality beans and promoting coffee excellence.

We believe coffee is a product that can tell stories and create connections. We see our roasting as a bridge between people who share our passion.

What we do is very simple: we constantly search for premium beans and roast them to maximize their characteristics.

We want to offer you something different from ordinary coffee, something that reflects our work philosophy and allows us to spread the word about this product.
