ZeroWater systems are based on a 5-stage filter that allows for 99% filtered water. In addition to removing macroscopic impurities from tap water, ZeroWater filter systems also remove calcium, lead, glyphosate, and PFAS . They are also NSF certified for filtering lead, chromium, and mercury . All ZeroWater systems allow for a water TDS close to 0.
What is TDS ? It is the amount of dissolved solids in water and is measured in ppm (parts per million). All the substances present in water (salts, minerals, chemicals, metals) contribute to TDS. By reducing the TDS of water, you can improve its taste and use it in the preparation of beverages like coffee.
The filter jug is a practical solution for home use and allows you to have 99% pure water for all your daily preparations .
This filter is compatible with all ZeroWater jugs and has a nominal lifespan of 150 litres of filtered water.
The filter should be replaced when the TDS meter reads 0.06 or higher.
