D612 Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster founded in Florence in 2016. Our work starts from the search for high-quality coffee and continues with a roast designed to enhance the unique characteristics of each origin. We believe that each coffee tells a story of territory, variety and people.

For us, coffee is not just a raw material to be selected and roasted. It is the result of the work of many people: producers, workers and women workers who contribute every day to the quality of what arrives in the cup.

The selection of our coffees is a careful and continuous process. Every year we look for origins that can best express the characteristics of their territory, maintaining a high quality standard consistent with our roasting style.
